Paul is a Master's Student in the East-West Psychology M.A. program at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Over the past eight years, Paul has studied psychology from both a western perspective (neuroscience / biological approach), and an eastern perspective (primarily Buddhist Psychology). His research centers around the neuroscience of somatic psychology, mindfulness, and nature-based therapy.
He holds a B.S. in Biology, and is a California state credentialed science teacher with more than a decade of experience in science and nature education. Paul spent seven years working as a documentary filmmaker: he worked with The Nature Conservancy, The Earth Island Institute, Cornell University, and UC Berkeley.
